Bali Weather in August:

We went in August and the temperatures hovered around 80-85 degrees Fahrenheit which made for a pleasant experience exploring Bali. While Bali is captivating year-round, visiting in August offers unique advantages that can make your trip even more memorable. Here are the top benefits of traveling to Bali in August:

  • August is one of the driest months in Bali, making it an excellent time for outdoor activities and sightseeing. The weather is typically sunny with low humidity, providing perfect conditions for beach activities, hiking, and exploring Bali's natural beauty.

  • Bali is renowned for its stunning beaches, and August is an ideal time to experience them. The clear skies and calm seas provide perfect conditions for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports.

  • August is a month rich in cultural experiences in Bali. Visitors can immerse themselves in local traditions and festivities that provide a deeper understanding of Balinese culture.

  • August can be a relatively less crowded time compared to the peak months of June and July. This can translate to a more relaxed experience and better availability of accommodations.

  • August's clear skies enhance the island's natural beauty, providing breathtaking views and excellent photography opportunities.

Sekumpul Waterfall

Sekumpul Waterfalls is a group of seven waterfalls located in the village of Sekumpul, North Bali, Indonesia. It is considered one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Bali and is a popular tourist destination. The waterfalls are located in a lush jungle setting and require us to do a short hike to reach.
